• Do these products also work with Dell Latitude, Dell Optiplex or other brands such as IBM, HP?

  These products are intended for and work on the listed Dell PowerEdge servers.

  Will they work on Dell Optiplex or Dell Latitude devices?
  No, they won't work. Optiplex and Latitude devices have their own hard drive cages.

  What about other brands such as HP?
  HP,  IBM, and Fujitsu have their own manufacturer-specific products. In other words, there is no single standard that works across all devices.

• What credit cards are accepted?

  Credit Cards such as: (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB)

• EU VAT0% sale and EU OSS from 1.7.2021

  COMPANY CLIENTS: Please, fill company EU VAT number and complete delivery details. With a valid EU VAT number, there is NOT VAT (Value-Added Tax). The EU VAT0% invoice will automatically send by email when the order is complete.
  
  CONSUMER CLIENTS: We will add VAT (Value-Added Tax) into the net price. VAT-% based country to where the product will be sent (EU OSS form 1.7.2021). Your VAT invoice will automatically send by email when the order is complete. You can reduce your local VAT based on your country's VAT regulations.

  The EU has standard rules on VAT but these rules may be applied differently in each EU country (In this case, the 27 EU member states.). You must normally pay VAT on all goods and services, up to and including the sale to the final consumer. This could also include each stage of a production process, e.g. buying components, assembly, shipping etc.

  We have fulfillment centers in Hungary and Germany.  Your order will be fulfilled and send from an optimal location.   

• How long is the delivery time?

  We fulfill and processing order right after your order and confirm estimated delivery time.  Delivery time depends on what type of delivery do you choose.  You can choose normal ground shipping or faster air shipping. Your order is automatically transferred closest fulfillment center.
